How We Build with Cardboard

Our team comes from a corrugated carton design background, so we understand this material deeper than most. Through our research in sustainable structures, we keep pushing corrugated board to its full potential. Every design is worked out for strength, assembly and how it fits your space.

Not all cardboard is the same. As part of Trio Packaging, a corrugated carton manufacturer, we choose the exact board for each structure. Thicker and stronger where it carries weight, lighter where it doesn't. The right board in the right place is what makes cardboard reliable.

Every panel is cut in-house on our own digital cutting machines. That means exact sizes, clean edges and joints that lock together solid. With design and cutting under the same team, our workflow stays flexible and efficient from file to finished panel.

We print your graphics directly onto the board using our HP Latex printer, with no stickers or extra layers. The board's natural texture stays visible under the print, so the finished piece still reads as cardboard. Colours stay sharp and the water-based inks are a safer choice for any event space.

We handle everything after production. Our team delivers to your venue anywhere in Singapore, sets up on site and tears down when your event ends. The boards then come back to our factory for recycling, so your booth ends its run responsibly instead of in a dumpster.
